This news is not something that surprised me. As the final episode of “Giant”, I know its rating will be high and pull down rating of another drama that broadcasting at the same period. As I’ve said in my previous article about this low rating issue that only 1 or 2 great actors cannot make the drama successful. Even the great actor who gain high rating of all time like Bae Yong Joon (his drama “First Love” still rule the 1st high rating of all time) had suffered from low rating issue like this once in MBC’s “Have We Really Loved”. At that time he really feel burdened about this, but later he realized that his only mistake is he was too focus on the rating or his fame. The thing that he should focus while working on any project is his acting. Just do his best with it, focus with it. That’s all he need to do.
I hope “Mary Stayed Out All Night” Team will be like him. Just do their best. Many fans love this drama. So, fighting “Mary Stayed Out All Night” !!!

SBS’s 60-episode series Giant wrapped with a massive 38.2% rating today, ending its seven-month run on an all-time high. Not only that, the finale rating is also a sizable 5.5% jump from its previous high last week (which it drew with its 58th episode).
It’s enough to make you wonder how high Giant could have gone had it not had to deal with steady competition from Dong Yi throughout its first half; Giant stayed firmly in the lower 20% range till that drama ended, after which it enjoyed its constant climb.
That also means lower numbers than usual for its two competitor dramas: MBC’s comedic Queen of Reversals only dropped a bit with a 9.8%, but KBS’s fluffy romance Mary Stayed Out All Night hit a new low with 5.7%. Ouch. Although I don’t suppose a low-key romance with a meandering plot could compare with the finale of an intense drama that has been building to a climax for the past 60 episodes. No matter how cute Jang Geun-seok and Moon Geun-young are at playing giddy young lovers.
(Note: The above are AGB numbers, for consistency’s sake, but according to TNS reports Giant performed even higher with a 40.1% rating, while Queen of Reversals had a 9.6% and Mary Stayed Out All Night a 5.1%.)
Following Giant, we (FINALLY!) have the premiere of IRIS spinoff Athena: Goddess of War. After months (and months and months) of teasing, the 20-episode action-spy drama premieres next Monday, December 13. I’d almost forgotten about it in recent weeks because I’d grown so tired of hearing the same promo stuff without anything new, but now that it’s almost upon us, I’m hoping it’ll live up to its hype. Though anything with that much hype is facing an uphill climb.

- I have some comment ka :)I follow on Mary drama every week,yeah i'm JKS fan.For only one point rating issue,i want to share my feeling on this drama.- I don't feel the couple are 'deep in love' with each other, but seems they are close friend that share feeling good and bad together ^^" (different from You're beautiful, i feel Go Mi nam are real in love with Hwang tak yong)At EP9 they're cute together but not 'touch my heart' that they're 'really in love'.- The background music don't match with the drama, sorry i don't expert in music but i feel the music don't touch my mind.- I think they try to change plot in every EP for made the rating up, so the plot are 'swing' in my thoughts (i don't rewind to see the prior EP, just see the next only ^^!) and now they fill the kiss scene of actor/actress that i think 'too much guy'... But i'm still following for next EP, hope JKS to cheer up and do the best acting.please show our support to JKS, i will support him ka.Thanks ka.
